Based on our role in SMT Studies Center as a research entity meant to study latest developments and events in the region, an advisory voice that concentrates its’ efforts on developing active strategies, and the only legislative gateway for the future, comes SMT periodical forum as a platform that brings together those interested in local, regional and international affairs, to be a window that foresights future through studying, analyzing and reading the present and reacting to it.
